Frequently Asked Questions

I’m currently only offering a 16-week wellness coaching program. Sessions are not available outside of this program. My goal is for my clients to experience true, lasting impact on their health and wellness. While clients may experience some benefits with one-off sessions, offering these sessions is not consistent with the mission of SAREAL LLC at this time. 

The online scheduling software is not currently set up to book more than 4 weeks in advance. Additionally, my schedule tends to vary by week so I cannot guarantee the same day and time each week unless you have made arrangements with me directly. If your preference is for the same day and time each week, please contact me directly and I will gladly accomodate you, if possible. 

If you need to miss or reschedule a session, please reach out to me via phone, text, or email as soon as possible. I ask for at least 48 hours notice, if possible. 

SAREAL LLC does not accommodate payment plans. When you click on the link to make a payment online, there will be an option to pay with Affirm. Affirm offers payment plans but, please note, Affirm is an outside company and payments made through Affirm will be processed on their website and may incur additional charges.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your coaching program, please make them known to me as soon as possible so appropriate action can be taken. If you choose to cancel the program you will be granted a refund in the amount paid minus $75 processing fee and minus $150 for each completed session and for each session that is scheduled within 48 hours of receipt of your request. If your coaching program is cancelled by SAREAL LLC, a refund will be granted in the amount paid minus $75 processing fee and minus $150 for each completed session (no additional amount will be deducted from your refund for sessions that are scheduled after the time notification is provided to you).
